Refunds & Returns
At House of Sarena, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we are happy to accommodate exchanges within 7 days of delivery subject to the terms below.
Exchange Eligibility
We will gladly process an exchange if your request meets the following criteria:

Valid Reasons: Exchanges are only permitted for sizing issues or if you received a damaged/defective product.

Timeframe: Your exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Item Condition: Products must be strictly unused, unwashed, and undamaged. They must be returned in their original condition with all original tags attached. Items showing any signs of wear or use will not be accepted.
Important Note for Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective product from our end, you must attach a continuous, unedited unboxing video captured at the time of unwrapping the package. Please also attach clear photos of the defect. Claims for damaged products without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted
Exchange Process

Contact Us: To request an exchange, email us at hello@houseofsarena.in within 7 days of receiving your item.

Provide Details: Please include your order number, the reason for the exchange (size issue or damaged item), and the new size you need.
Note: If you received a damaged product, please attach clear photos of the defect in your email.

Inspection: Exchanges will only be processed after we receive and inspect the original item to ensure it meets our condition requirements.

Fulfillment: Approved exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is out of stock, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
